Online Ordering Step 1 & 2

Online ordering is simple and yet highly effective. It will save you from shipping your materials and can be completed at any time. It will also get your order into production as fast as possible. Please follow the steps listed and contact us for assistance if you need help.

Step 1: Fax In Completed Order Form

Please click on the correct ordering form below. Fill out on screen, print sign and fax the completed order form to us at 904-272-9427. On the final checklist page please simply write "Online Order"

Make sure you select the correct order form. CD / DVD replication is completed using manufactured discs. CD / DVD duplication is completed using CDRs or DVDRs. The order form requires Acrobat Reader. You can download that here. If the form does not open in your web browser, please right click either link above and select "Save Target As". Please download the form to your desktop and open it up from there.

Step 2: Selecting Master Files To Upload

Uploading Files From My Hard Drive

1. Make sure you have faxed in your order form and selected "Yes" for the last page question "Will The Order Be Uploaded"

2. IF AUDIO: Create a master zip folder of all your audio (wave) files. Please name it as follows: my_band_nameaudio.zip

3. IF DATA: Create a master zip folder of all your data files. Please keep the folder/subfolder structure as you want it on the copied discs. Please name it as follows: my_company_name_master.zip

3. Create master zip folder of your artwork and name as follows my_nameartwork.zip

4. Go to this page: http://www.snjcd.com/online-ordering-submission.html and jump down to step # 4

5. Upload the master zip file and artwork zip file to us. You need a password for this. Once we receive your faxed order form we will email it to you

6. You are done. That was easy wasn't it? We will follow up with master screenshots and artwork PDFs for approval. No additional steps are needed.

Step 3: Creating Master Image From A Disc

This is for PC users only. Steps below include pictures for the ease of understanding. Click on links to open pictures for visual help.

*** If you know how to create an ISO image from your master CDR or DVDR, then zip that image. Create a zip folder of your artwork and please skip to step 4.

Right click this link select "Save Target As" and download Nero Disc Speed to your desktop.
Unzip the file to your desktop.
Place your master CDR/DVDR in your CD / DVD drive and close.
Double click the "DiscSpeed.exe" icon on your desktop.
When DiscSpeed opens select the "Scan Disc" tab and click the "Start" button.
Allow DiscSpeed to run until completion. This is checking the formation of the disc for errors in burning. It will not detect pops or glitches in audio or faulty files so please listen and test your master thoroughly. It only checks the pits and grooves in the disc to make sure they are formed properly.
When finished review the "Good" section of the results. It should be 100%. If it is not, please secure another master and test again. Making a master image of masters less than 100% is not recommended.
